Vendor Terms and Conditions
- By purchasing the rental of a premium booth, standard booth, artist/writer table, or additional booth table the vendors (you and/or your business) assume all responsibilities and liabilities for any injuries to persons or damage caused to the materials rented at the event. Vendors are responsible for the venue space occupied and rented materials, i.e. tables and chairs.
- The vendor assumes all responsibility for compliance with all regulations, codes, statutes, and pertinent laws that are local, state or, federal.
- Showcase Productions, LLC, event management, staff, agents, employees, owners, or other representatives or advisors shall not be held accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from, accountability or liability for any damage, loss, harm, injury, to the person or any property of the vendors or any of their officers, agents, representatives, advisors, or employees, resulting from theft, fire, water, accident, or any other cause. Vendors therefore hereby agree to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold Showcase Productions, LLC, event management, staff, agents, employees, owners, or other representatives or advisors harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees, and expenses of whatever kind or nature that might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of vendors or any of their agents, employees, owners, advisors, invitees or other representatives.
Prohibited Items
- Showcase Productions, LLC does not allow the sale of any real weapons, including steel knives or blades of any kind, projectiles such as arrows, bolts, blow guns, or throwing stars, or items such as pepper spray or tasers. If you are unsure if an item you intend to sell or exhibit at our event is banned, please email a picture and description of the item to showcasecc@yahoo.com for a determination to be made.
Booth set-up and Removal
- Vendors agree to have their booths and/or tables ready for the general public by no later than 9:45AM on the day of the event, Saturday, June 15th and 16th, 2024. Vendors may begin loading items and setting up booths at the venue at 6:00AM on the day of the event as stated above.
- Vendors agree to have all vendor items removed from the venue by no later than 6:30PM on the day of the event, June 15th and 16th. If vendors fail to have items removed from the venue by 6:30PM vendors assume all expenses associated with having items shipped, stored, or disposed of by the venue. Showcase Productions, LLC. Does not assume responsibility for any such expenses the vendors may incur from the venue for failure to remove all items by 6:30PM from the venue.
Cancellation Policy
A fee of 50% on funds paid will be applied to any cancellations submitted one week prior to the event on June 15th and 16th. Any cancellations on the date of or after June 15th, will result in a fee of 100% of funds paid. Payments are good for this item at this event only and cannot be applied to other Showcase Productions, LLC. events or items, nor can it be rolled over to a future event.

You have provided your e-mail address and phone number as part of the vendor application and purchase process. Showcase Productions LLC. will only use your information to contact you with information regarding the event and periodically update you on future events and opportunities.
